Applications

MeO-4PACz forms a self-assembled monolayer on transparent conductive oxides that acts as an ultrathin hole-selective contact. The methoxy groups improve wetting of the perovskite ink over the SAM, aiding film coverage and reproducibility in inverted (p-i-n) cells and tandems.
