Research use only

All products are sold for research and development laboratory use only. They are not for drug, food, household or cosmetic use.

Buyer qualification

Products should be handled only by competent, suitably trained persons familiar with laboratory procedures and potential chemical hazards.

Safety data sheets

It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain and read the Safety Data Sheet before using any product. The buyer takes full responsibility for the safe handling and use of products purchased. An SDS is shipped with every order and is available before purchase; request it and we will send it to you.

Limitation of liability

Our sole liability is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or special damages of any kind.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days. Chemicals returned must be unopened, free of contamination and in original packaging; hazardous materials are non-returnable.

Store credit and referrals

Store credit is issued through the referral programme. It is not redeemable for cash, applies to the goods subtotal and any hazmat surcharge but never to shipping, and expires twelve months after it is issued. A referral pays $50 to each side once the referrer and the referred customer have each placed an order paying $125 or more; up to ten of one account's referrals may hold credit at any one time. Deleting your account forfeits any credit you still hold.

If an order that earned referral credit is refunded in full, that credit is withdrawn from both sides. A partial refund withdraws nothing and leaves any credit already spent on the order spent. The 10% first-order discount is used once and is not restored by a refund.

Price match

If you find the same material at a lower price elsewhere, we will beat that price by 10%. The competing offer must be for the same material at the same purity and a comparable quantity, from a seller who has it in stock and can ship it, and must be verifiable from a written quote or a published listing. Send it to us before you order.

Custom quantities

Published prices apply to the pack sizes listed on each product page. Anything else, whether a smaller or larger quantity or a custom pack size, is priced per request through the quote form.

Payment terms and invoicing

Checkout accepts card payment through Stripe. Institutions may instead pay by purchase order, on Net 30 or Net 60 terms; request invoicing to arrange it.

International orders

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and no sales tax is charged during our launch. You pay no duties or customs charges on delivery. International orders should provide a phone number reachable by customs.
