Research use only

All products are sold for research and development laboratory use only. They are not for drug, food, household or cosmetic use.

Buyer qualification

Products should be handled only by competent, suitably trained persons familiar with laboratory procedures and potential chemical hazards.

Safety data sheets

It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain and read the Safety Data Sheet before using any product. The buyer takes full responsibility for the safe handling and use of products purchased. An SDS is available on request, before or after purchase.

Limitation of liability

Our sole liability is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or special damages of any kind.

Quotations

Content on this site does not constitute a quotation, specification commitment, or guarantee of supply. Formal quotations are issued by email and are valid for 30 days.

Purchase orders

All quotations are subject to written confirmation of the customer's purchase order. University purchase orders accepted, net 30 for approved institutions.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days. Chemicals returned must be unopened, free of contamination and in original packaging; hazardous materials are non-returnable.

International orders

International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes, and should provide a phone number reachable by customs.

Privacy

What we collect

The quote form collects what you enter: name, email, organization, the items you ask about, quantities, dates, ship-to details and your message. The form sends nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your inquiry and to fulfill any order that follows. We do not use it for anything else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies beyond those essential to serving its pages.

Third parties

When an order ships, we share the details needed for delivery and payment with carriers and payment processing. No other third parties receive your information.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to view, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
