Applications
MACl is the most widely used additive for FAPbI3 film growth. The volatile methylammonium and chloride leave the film during annealing, guiding intermediate-phase crystallization and enlarging grains; most high-efficiency FAPbI3 recipes include tens of mole percent MACl.
- Crystallization control and grain growth in FAPbI3 films
- Intermediate-phase engineering in sequential and one-step deposition
- Stabilizing the photoactive alpha phase of FAPbI3
