Applications
PbI2 is the backbone of iodide perovskite chemistry: combined with FAI, MAI or cesium salts it forms the ABX3 absorber in both one-step and sequential deposition. Precursor purity correlates directly with defect density and device reproducibility, which is why high-grade PbI2 is standard in record-efficiency work.
- FAPbI3, MAPbI3 and triple-cation absorber formation
- Two-step sequential deposition (PbI2 conversion)
- Single-crystal growth and radiation detector studies
