Applications
Aluminium serves low-defect metallization and compound synthesis: sputtering and evaporation sources, III-V precursors, and superconducting device research. The 6N5 grade carries the lower residual iron and copper, for work where those traces matter.
- Evaporation and sputtering source for contacts and mirrors
- III-V and MAX-phase compound synthesis
- Superconducting resonator and qubit metallization research
