Applications
Semiconductor-grade arsenic is the group V source for III-V compound growth, above all gallium arsenide. At 5N the residual impurity budget is low enough for epitaxial and single-crystal work where electrical compensation must be minimized.
- GaAs and InAs source material for crystal growth and epitaxy
- MBE and CVD group V charges
- Doping and defect studies in II-VI and IV semiconductors
